Shipping Time
All orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-4 business days (Monday to Friday).
Domestic Orders
For most serviceable pin codes, delivery is expected within 7-10 working days. However, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or other unexpected delays may extend delivery time. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a unique tracking link via email/SMS, allowing you to track your shipment. International Orders
International orders typically take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination country. Shipping rates vary based on the delivery location. Customers are responsible for covering any applicable customs duties or import taxes. We do not have control over customs clearance delays. Please note that returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are not applicable on international orders.
Address/Phone Number/PIN Code Change or Correction
If there is an error in the shipping details (address, phone number, or PIN code) provided at the time of order placement, and the order has already been shipped, the package may not be delivered. In such cases, the courier company will return the package to us.
To reship the order, you must provide the correct details via email/WhatsApp and cover the additional charges, which include:
Return shipping fee
New shipping charges to the corrected address
Repacking fee
Even if the original order had a free shipping offer, these additional charges will apply for re-shipping. If you choose not to have the order re-shipped, you may cancel the order and receive a refund in the form of store credits only.
